White-glove onboarding for the first three customers

We'll personally set up your workspace, upload your handbook, configure your HRIS connector, train your team. A direct Slack Connect channel for the first 90 days. We answer in minutes, not days.

Founder-rate pricing for early customers

Lock in your annual contract before our first six customers and the rate doesn't change for three years. Reference customers receive an additional discount in exchange for a public case study after their first 90 days.

Roadmap input

Founding customers get a quarterly roadmap call with the founder. We build what early customers actually need, not what we think enterprise teams want.

IV

Honest about where we are

We are pre-SOC 2. Our infrastructure (Cloudflare, Neon, WorkOS, Anthropic) is fully compliant; our own attestation begins Q3 2026. We don't pretend otherwise. If you need a SOC 2 report on day one, we are not your tool yet.

The first customers shape the product.

Toby in 2027 will be defined by what our first customers ask us to build in 2026. If you have an HR team, a real handbook, and the patience to be customer #1 through #10 of a tool that wasn't built for the lowest-common-denominator buyer, we'd like to talk to you.
